Each suite has a maximum number of guests permitted to stay overnight, based on existing bedding:

• Two Bedroom Horizon Suites: up to 4 guests
• Three Bedroom Suites: up to 6 guests
• Three Bedroom Corner Suites: up to 6 guests
• Penthouse Collection Suites: up to 6 guests

2 Bedroom Suites are 109 square metres. 2 Bedroom Horizon Suites are 140 square metres. 3 Bedroom Suites are 117 square metres. 3 Bedroom Corner Suites are 152 square metres. 3 Bedroom Sydney Penthouses are 170 square metres. 3 Bedroom Icon Penthouses are 200 square metres.

• The World Tower Hotel does not have balconies in any suites. All suites feature floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Sydney; however, the windows do not open.
• I’m happy to confirm that bathtubs are available in all of our suites.
• Select suites offer a study desk, while all suites will include a dining table suitable for working.

Parking

• Once reception validates your ticket, you’ll be able to come and go as you like during your stay. It’s valid for one vehicle and just needs to be used in order each time you enter and exit.
• The car park has a clearance of 2.1 metres. We do recommend checking the signage at the entrance for any specific height restrictions.
• Onsite parking is available at $50 per vehicle, per night, should you wish to add it to your stay.
• Unfortunately, this hotel does not currently offer an EV charging station onsite. Our Front Desk team will be happy to assist you in locating charging facilities nearby. Alternatively, if you have an EV charging app, it should be able to show you the closest charging station to the hotel.
• we do have onsite parking available for our hotel guests.
• No, city streets have strict parking limits that are signed and regulatory patrolled by the local council.
• You’ll find the car park entrance on the corner of Goulburn and George Street.

Pool and wellness

• Don’t forget to pack your swimwear, as each one of our properties has an indoor heated swimming pool, spa and sauna. Our Broadbeach, Southport and Surfers Paradise hotels on the Gold Coast, as well as our Church Street hotel in Parramatta also feature an additional outdoor pool and sun deck.
• We offer one swimming pool at the hotel - an indoor, heated pool available for guests to enjoy year-round.

• Our gym is open 24 hours a day.
• Our gym features a range of equipment including cardio machines such as treadmills, rowing machines, and stationary bikes, as well as strength machines including bench, leg extension, chest fly and pulldown machines, along with a selection of free weights and dumbbells. The gym is located on level 61 with amazing views.

Facilities

• Should you arrive early and your suite is still being prepared, you’re welcome to make use of our Early Arrivals Lounge. It’s a comfortable area where you can relax and enjoy tea and coffee while you wait.
• During your stay, you will have access to our indoor pool, spa, sauna, and gym.
• We always aim to keep our photos and descriptions up to date, however facilities can sometimes be upgraded, changed, or temporarily unavailable. If there’s something important to you, it’s best to check with the hotel before booking to ensure it will be available during your stay. Subject to Australian Consumer Law, Meriton Suites isn’t liable for changes or temporary unavailability of facilities, and not all facilities apply to every suite type.

Getting around and local area

There are plenty of dining options within easy walking distance of the hotel. For Japanese cuisine, you may like Ramen Zundo or Yayoi, both located in World Square. If you’re in the mood for Thai food, Chat Thai, Yok Yor Thai Food Factory, and Chon Siam Thai Restaurant are all located along Campbell Street. For Italian dining, Macchiato Wood Fire Pizza and Coffee Roasters on Pitt Street is also a popular choice.

The closest coffee options are Edition Roasters and Kingswood Coffee, both located within World Square. There is also Ek’sentrik Café nearby, which is another great option for coffee and light meals.

The nearest convenience stores are Quikstop on Liverpool Street and Allied Mart on Pitt Street, both just a short walk from the hotel.

The closest bottle shop is Liquorland, which is located underneath World Square shopping centre.

You’ll find Priceline Pharmacy in World Square, and Chemist Warehouse on George Street, both within a short walking distance from the hotel.

The nearest supermarket is Coles, located within the World Square shopping centre directly under this hotel.

The closest train station is Town Hall Station, approximately a 6-minute walk from the hotel.

The bond amount depends on the suite type booked, as follows: 2 Bedroom Suite is $200. 2 Bedroom Horizon Suite is $200. 3 Bedroom Suite is $400. 3 Bedroom Corner Suite is $400. 3 Bedroom Sydney Penthouse is $2000. 3 Bedroom Icon Penthouse is $2000.

Laundry

Yes, this service is available for an additional charge, depending on the items. It is a same-day service, operating Monday to Saturday. Items must be dropped at Reception by 9 am and will be returned by 5 pm.
