Each suite has a maximum number of guests permitted to stay overnight, based on existing bedding configurations, as outlined below:

Studio Luxe Suites are 38 square metres. 1 Bedroom Luxe Suites are 52 square metres. 1 Bedroom Altitude Suites are 52 square metres. 2 Bedroom Luxe Suites are 86 square metres. 2 Bedroom Altitude Suites are 86 square metres. 3 Bedroom Luxe Suites are 123 square metres. 3 Bedroom Altitude Suites are 139 square metres. 3 Bedroom West Penthouse is 264 square metres. 3 Bedroom East Penthouse is 264 square metres.

  • All suites feature opening windows. At this hotel, lower-floor suites include small Juliette-style balconies, while higher-floor suites offer larger terrace-style balconies with outdoor seating provided.
  • Bathtubs are featured exclusively in our Two and Three Bedroom Suites.
  • Select suites offer a study desk, while all suites will include a dining table suitable for working.

Parking

  • Once reception validates your ticket, you’ll be able to come and go as you like during your stay. It’s valid for one vehicle and just needs to be used in order each time you enter and exit.
  • The car park has a clearance of 2.1 metres. We do recommend checking the signage at the entrance for any specific height restrictions.
  • Onsite parking is available at $45 per vehicle, per night, should you wish to add it to your stay.
  • Unfortunately, this hotel does not currently offer an EV charging station onsite. Our Front Desk team will be happy to assist you in locating charging facilities nearby. Alternatively, if you have an EV charging app, it should be able to show you the closest charging station to the hotel.
  • we do have onsite parking available for our hotel guests.
  • There is limited street parking available around Pitt Street and nearby CBD streets. Most street parking in the Sydney CBD is metered and time-restricted. The hotel also offers secure onsite parking for guests.
  • You’ll find the car park entrance on Bathurst Street, between George and Pitt Streets. The entrance is on your left after you cross over George Street.

Pool and wellness

  • Don’t forget to pack your swimwear, as each one of our properties has an indoor heated swimming pool, spa and sauna. Our Broadbeach, Southport and Surfers Paradise hotels on the Gold Coast, as well as our Church Street hotel in Parramatta also feature an additional outdoor pool and sun deck.
  • We offer one swimming pool at the hotel - an indoor, heated pool available for guests to enjoy year-round.
  • complimentary towels are provided in the pool area for your comfort and convenience.
  • Our indoor swimming pool is approximately 20 metres in length and around 1.2 metres deep. It is located on Level 13 of the hotel.
  • our pool is heated to a comfortable 27 degrees Celsius for your enjoyment.
  • 5 am until 10 pm daily

Gym

  • Our gym is open 24 hours a day.
  • The gym is located on Level 14 and includes cardio equipment such as treadmills, bikes and cross trainers, along with free weights and exercise benches. The gym is available to hotel guests 24 hours a day.

Facilities

  • During your stay, you will have access to our indoor pool, spa, sauna, and gym.
  • We always aim to keep our photos and descriptions up to date, however facilities can sometimes be upgraded, changed, or temporarily unavailable. If there’s something important to you, it’s best to check with the hotel before booking to ensure it will be available during your stay. Subject to Australian Consumer Law, Meriton Suites isn’t liable for changes or temporary unavailability of facilities, and not all facilities apply to every suite type.

Getting around and local area

If you’re looking for dining options nearby, there are several great restaurants within around a five to ten minute walk from the hotel. Popular choices include Sakura Japanese Kitchen, Macchiato Wood Fire Pizza, The Grounds of the City, Luke’s Kitchen at Kimpton Margot, and The Meat & Wine Co in the Sydney CBD.

For coffee, there are several cafés located right across the street from the hotel’s main entrance. These include La Famiglia Café, The Walrus Café, Cuprcakes on Pitt, and Le Monde Bakery Café.

If you’re looking for a convenience store, there are several options nearby including 7-Eleven stores and Centro convenience stores located along Pitt Street and Bathurst Street.

The closest bottle shop options include Liquorland at Town Hall and BWS at World Square, both located approximately a three to five minute walk from the hotel.

For pharmacy services, Chemist Warehouse on Pitt Street and Priceline Pharmacy at World Square are both within about a five minute walk.

If you’d like to visit a pub for a drink, The Edinburgh Castle Hotel is located directly across the street and offers drinks, pub meals and sports screens.

The nearest supermarkets are Woolworths Town Hall, located inside The Galeries near Town Hall, and Coles at World Square. Both are approximately a three to five minute walk from the hotel.

The closest train station is Town Hall Station, approximately a 3-minute walk from the hotel. We are also conveniently located directly across the road from Gadigal Metro Station.

There are several city supermarkets located within close proximity to the hotel, and our team will be happy to direct you to the most convenient option.

Laundry

At this time, we do not offer dry cleaning services at the hotel.
