From the hotel, it’s easy to experience Brisbane at its best. You can stroll along the river toward Howard Smith Wharves, explore galleries like the Gallery of Modern Art, shop at Queen Street Mall, or unwind among the greenery of Roma Street Parklands. Everything feels close, walkable and easy to enjoy.

The suites are a real highlight. They’re spacious, quiet and thoughtfully designed, offering far more room than a traditional hotel stay. You can choose from studios or one-, two- and three-bedroom suites, all with full kitchens, internal laundries and generous living areas. Suites and layout

Each suite has a maximum number of guests permitted to stay overnight, based on existing bedding configurations, as outlined below:

• Studio Suites: up to 2 guests
• One Bedroom Suites: up to 2 guests
• Two Bedroom Suites: up to 4 guests
• Two Bedroom Altitude Suites: up to 4 guests
• Three Bedroom Altitude Suites: up to 6 guests

Studio Suites are 42 square metres. 1 Bedroom Suites are 49 square metres. 2 Bedroom Suites are 76 square metres. 2 Bedroom Altitude Suites are 76 square metres. 3 Bedroom Altitude Suites are 101 square metres.

Studio Suites located on levels 2 to 4. 1 Bedroom Suites located on levels 2 to 42. 2 Bedroom Suites located on levels 6 to 58. 2 Bedroom Altitude Suites located on levels 63 to 74. 3 Bedroom Altitude Suites located on levels 64 to 74.

• Unfortunately the Adelaide Street Hotel does not have balconies in any of its suites.
• Bathtubs are available in our 2 Bedroom suite types and 3 Bedroom Altitude Suites, as well as some 1 Bedroom Suites as the layouts do vary slightly.
• Select suites offer a study desk, while all suites will include a dining table suitable for working.

Parking

• Once reception validates your ticket, you’ll be able to come and go as you like during your stay. It’s valid for one vehicle and just needs to be used in order each time you enter and exit.
• The car park has a clearance of 2.1 metres. We do recommend checking the signage at the entrance for any specific height restrictions.
• Onsite parking is available at $45 per vehicle, per night, should you wish to add it to your stay.
• Unfortunately, this hotel does not currently offer an EV charging station onsite. Our Front Desk team will be happy to assist you in locating charging facilities nearby. Alternatively, if you have an EV charging app, it should be able to show you the closest charging station to the hotel.
• we do have onsite parking available for our hotel guests.
• There is metered street parking available nearby along Antrim Street, Macrossan Street, Howard Street and Dodge Lane, all within walking distance of the hotel.
• You’ll find the car park entrance on Arch Lane.

Pool and wellness

• Don’t forget to pack your swimwear, as each one of our properties has an indoor heated swimming pool, spa and sauna. Our Broadbeach, Southport and Surfers Paradise hotels on the Gold Coast, as well as our Church Street hotel in Parramatta also feature an additional outdoor pool and sun deck.
• We offer one swimming pool at the hotel - an indoor, heated pool available for guests to enjoy year-round.
• Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide pool towels in the aquatic area. Guests are asked to bring the towels from their suite when using the pool facilities.
• Our swimming pool is approximately 25 metres in length and is located on Level 5.
• our pool is heated to a comfortable 26 degrees Celsius for your enjoyment.
• 5 am until 10 pm daily

Gym

• Our gym is open 24 hours a day.
• The gym is located on Level 5 and includes a range of equipment such as treadmills, exercise bikes, cross trainers, cable crossover machines, multi-gym stations, weight machines and free weight racks.

Facilities

• During your stay, you will have access to our indoor pool, spa, sauna, and gym.
• We always aim to keep our photos and descriptions up to date, however facilities can sometimes be upgraded, changed, or temporarily unavailable. If there’s something important to you, it’s best to check with the hotel before booking to ensure it will be available during your stay. Subject to Australian Consumer Law, Meriton Suites isn’t liable for changes or temporary unavailability of facilities, and not all facilities apply to every suite type.

Getting around and local area

The closest train station is Central Station, approximately a 12-minute walk from the hotel.

There is a Woolworths supermarket located on Turbot Street, a 6-minute walk from the hotel.

Bond

The bond amount depends on the suite type booked, as follows: Studio Suite is $100. 1 Bedroom Suite is $100. 2 Bedroom Suite is $200. 2 Bedroom Altitude Suite is $200. 3 Bedroom Altitude Suite is $400.

Laundry

Yes, this service is available for an additional charge, depending on the items. It is a same-day service, operating Monday to Friday. Items must be dropped at Reception by 9 am and will be returned by 5 pm.
