Set a little away from the crowds, the hotel offers sweeping panoramic views and a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere, while still keeping everything within easy reach. Our suites are located high above the city, so you can wake up to sunrise views across the ocean, beaches and lush hinterland — it’s a lovely way to start the day.

The suites themselves are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with large windows, openable doors, full kitchens and generous living areas. You can relax into a plush king-sized bed, enjoy STAYCAST™ streaming with free unlimited Wi-Fi, or take time to unwind in the bathroom with KEVIN MURPHY amenities after a day out.

When you’re not exploring, guests really enjoy the leisure facilities, including the indoor pool, spa, sauna and gym, as well as the outdoor pool and spa — perfect for a slower holiday pace. There’s also great convenience downstairs, with shops and a supermarket right at the base of the building, plus a popular local café for your morning coffee.

Location-wise, it’s very easy to get around. Sea World is only a short drive away, and the nearby G:link light rail makes it simple to explore the coastline. You can head north to Surfers Paradise, south to Broadbeach, or connect through to Helensvale for theme parks and Brisbane trains.

Nature lovers are also well placed here. The Gold Coast Hinterland is an easy drive away for rainforest walks and waterfalls, while kilometres of coastline offer beaches for families, swimmers and surfers alike.

• Only our suite types that have 'balcony' in their name will have an open balcony.
• Bathtubs are available in our 2 Bedroom and 3 Bedroom Suites.
• all of our suite types have a study desk.

Parking

• Once reception validates your ticket, you’ll be able to come and go as you like during your stay. It’s valid for one vehicle and just needs to be used in order each time you enter and exit.
• The car park has a clearance of 2.1 metres. We do recommend checking the signage at the entrance for any specific height restrictions.
• Onsite parking is available at $20 per vehicle, per night, should you wish to add it to your stay.
• Unfortunately, this hotel does not currently offer an EV charging station onsite. Our Front Desk team will be happy to assist you in locating charging facilities nearby. Alternatively, if you have an EV charging app, it should be able to show you the closest charging station to the hotel.
• we do have onsite parking available for our hotel guests.
• There is street parking available near the hotel. Please note that it is generally limited to two hours between 9 am and 5 pm on weekdays, with no time limit typically applying on Saturdays and Sundays. Guests should always check the local signage for any restrictions.
• You’ll find the car park entrance on Brighton Parade.

Pool and wellness

• Don’t forget to pack your swimwear, as each one of our properties has an indoor heated swimming pool, spa and sauna. Our Broadbeach, Southport and Surfers Paradise hotels on the Gold Coast, as well as our Church Street hotel in Parramatta also feature an additional outdoor pool and sun deck.

• The gym is located on Level 5 and includes a range of equipment such as treadmills, an exercise bike, a multipress machine, rowing machine, cable machine and dumbbells.

Facilities

• During your stay, you will have access to our indoor pool, outdoor pool, spa, sauna, and gym.
• We always aim to keep our photos and descriptions up to date, however facilities can sometimes be upgraded, changed, or temporarily unavailable. If there’s something important to you, it’s best to check with the hotel before booking to ensure it will be available during your stay. Subject to Australian Consumer Law, Meriton Suites isn’t liable for changes or temporary unavailability of facilities, and not all facilities apply to every suite type.

Getting around and local area

If you’re looking for dining options nearby, there are several restaurants close to the hotel including See Thai, which offers Thai fusion cuisine, Jasmine Room for Chinese dining, and Roma Pizza.

The closest coffee shop is Sens Café, which is located right next door to the hotel and can be easily accessed via our driveway.

If you need a convenience store or supermarket, Woolworths is located within the complex. You can access it via Level Parking 1 and then take the travelator up to the retail precinct.

The closest bottle shop is BWS, which is also located in the retail precinct and can be accessed the same way via Level Parking 1 and the travelator.

For pharmacy services, Chempro Pharmacy is attached to the complex and can be accessed just outside the hotel.

If you’d like to visit a pub or sports bar for a drink, Carolina’s Sports Bar is located nearby on Como Crescent.

The closest supermarket is Woolworths, located within the retail precinct and accessible via Level Parking 1 and the travelator.

The closest G-Link light rail station is Broadwater Parklands Station, approximately a 2-minute walk from the hotel.

There is a Woolworths supermarket conveniently located within the hotel complex.

Yes, this service is available for an additional charge, depending on the items. Operating Monday to Friday, items must be dropped at Reception by 9 am and will be returned the following day.
