Getting around is easy. Many guests take advantage of the complimentary business park shuttle, which runs to nearby offices in the precinct, or use the Metro and major road links to commute into the city. Our Guest Services team is always happy to help with shuttle times or transport tips to suit your schedule.

The hotel offers spacious, apartment-style suites that feel more like a home than a hotel room. After a long day, you can relax in a separate living area, cook a meal in your fully equipped kitchen or unwind on your private balcony. Every suite includes a comfortable king-sized bed, internal laundry and free unlimited Wi-Fi, so longer stays feel effortless.

Suites and layout

Each suite has a maximum number of guests permitted to stay overnight, based on existing bedding configurations, as outlined below:

• Studio Suites: up to 2 guests.
• One Bedroom Suites: up to 2 guests.
• Two Bedroom Suites: up to 4 guests.

Studio Suites are 40 square metres. 1 Bedroom Suites are 45 square metres. 2 Bedroom Suites are 70 square metres.

Studio Suites located on levels 1 to 9. 1 Bedroom Suites located on levels 1 to 9. 2 Bedroom Suites located on levels 3 to 9.

• Bathtubs are only available in our 2 Bedroom Suites.
• All suite types - with the exception of our Studio Suites - have a study desk.

Parking

• Once reception validates your ticket, you’ll be able to come and go as you like during your stay. It’s valid for one vehicle and just needs to be used in order each time you enter and exit.
• The car park has a clearance of 2.2 metres. We do recommend checking the signage at the entrance for any specific height restrictions.
• Onsite parking is available at $25 per vehicle, per night, should you wish to add it to your stay.
• we do have an EV charging station at this hotel. It is operated by Wevolt. Please note that you may need to download their app and have an active account and payment method set up to use the charger. As mobile phone reception can be limited in underground car parks, we recommend setting this up before entering the car park.
• we do have onsite parking available for our hotel guests.
• There is some street parking available nearby on Alma Road, however guests should always check the local signage for any parking restrictions.
• You’ll find the car park entrance on Talavera Road.

Pool and wellness

• Don’t forget to pack your swimwear, as each one of our properties has an indoor heated swimming pool, spa and sauna. Our Broadbeach, Southport and Surfers Paradise hotels on the Gold Coast, as well as our Church Street hotel in Parramatta also feature an additional outdoor pool and sun deck.
• We offer one swimming pool at the hotel - an indoor, heated pool available for guests to enjoy year-round.

• Our swimming pool is approximately 18.5 metres in length and is located on Level 1 in Building A.
• our pool is heated to a comfortable 28 degrees Celsius for your enjoyment.
• The pool area is open daily from 5 am until 10 pm

Gym

• The gym is located on Level 1 in Building A and is open 24 hours for guests.
• The gym features Life Fitness equipment including treadmills, free weights ranging from 2.5kg to 25kg, a chest press machine, leg curl and leg extension machines, a lat pull-down machine, as well as a Swiss ball, kettlebells and foam rollers.

Facilities

• We’re pleased to offer our guests a complimentary shuttle service. It operates Monday to Friday between 7 am and 10 am, and again from 4 pm to 6 30 pm, with departures approximately every 40 minutes. The shuttle services destinations within a 5-kilometre radius of the hotel, and our Front Desk team will be happy to arrange the booking for you. Please note that the service is not available on weekends or public holidays.
• During your stay, you will have access to our indoor pool, spa, sauna, and gym.
• We always aim to keep our photos and descriptions up to date, however facilities can sometimes be upgraded, changed, or temporarily unavailable. If there’s something important to you, it’s best to check with the hotel before booking to ensure it will be available during your stay. Subject to Australian Consumer Law, Meriton Suites isn’t liable for changes or temporary unavailability of facilities, and not all facilities apply to every suite type.

If you’re looking for dining options nearby, there are several restaurants located in the Macquarie Shopping Centre, which is just a short walk from the hotel. Some popular choices include TGI Fridays, Bondi Pizza, Panda Chinese Restaurant and PappaRich.

For coffee, the closest café is Three Beans, also located inside the Macquarie Shopping Centre.

If you’re looking for a convenience store or quick snacks, our hotel offer a small grab-and-go option for light snacks. You can also find Woolworths and Coles supermarkets inside the Macquarie Shopping Centre.

The closest bottle shop is BWS, which is located in the Macquarie Shopping Centre.

For pharmacy services, Priceline Pharmacy is also located inside the Macquarie Shopping Centre.

If you’d like somewhere to enjoy a drink, TGI Fridays in the Macquarie Shopping Centre is a nearby option, or you may like to visit The Ranch, which is another popular local venue.

The closest train station is Macquarie University Station, approximately a 7-minute walk from the hotel.

The bond amount depends on the suite type booked, as follows: Studio Suite is $100. 1 Bedroom Suite is $100. 2 Bedroom Suite is $200.

Laundry

Yes, this service is available for an additional charge, depending on the items. It is a same-day service, operating Monday to Friday. Items must be dropped at Reception by 9 am and will be returned by 5 pm.
