The hotel rises high above the banks of the Parramatta River, and many of our suites enjoy beautiful views across the river and the surrounding skyline. Inside, the suites are spacious and stylish, with full kitchens, generous living areas and all the comforts you’d expect from a five-star stay. It’s a lovely place to unwind after a busy day.

• Bathtubs are available in a select range of Two Bedroom and Three Bedroom Suites, as the layouts do vary slightly.
• All suite types - with the exception of some 2 Bedroom Suites and 2 Bedroom Sky Suites - have a study desk.

Parking

• Once reception validates your ticket, you’ll be able to come and go as you like during your stay. It’s valid for one vehicle and just needs to be used in order each time you enter and exit.
• The car park has a clearance of 2.2 metres. We do recommend checking the signage at the entrance for any specific height restrictions.
• Onsite parking is available at $45 per vehicle, per night, should you wish to add it to your stay.
• Unfortunately, this hotel does not currently offer an EV charging station onsite. Our Front Desk team will be happy to assist you in locating charging facilities nearby. Alternatively, if you have an EV charging app, it should be able to show you the closest charging station to the hotel.
• we do have onsite parking available for our hotel guests.
• You’ll find the car park entrance on Dirrabarri Lane.

Pool and wellness

• Don’t forget to pack your swimwear, as each one of our properties has an indoor heated swimming pool, spa and sauna. Our Broadbeach, Southport and Surfers Paradise hotels on the Gold Coast, as well as our Church Street hotel in Parramatta also feature an additional outdoor pool and sun deck.

• We always aim to keep our photos and descriptions up to date, however facilities can sometimes be upgraded, changed, or temporarily unavailable. If there’s something important to you, it’s best to check with the hotel before booking to ensure it will be available during your stay. Subject to Australian Consumer Law, Meriton Suites isn’t liable for changes or temporary unavailability of facilities, and not all facilities apply to every suite type.

Getting around and local area

If you’re looking for somewhere to dine nearby, there are several great options within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Some popular choices include The Meat and Wine CO, Ginza Izakaya, ALEX & CO, and Holy Basil Thai Restaurant all which are located directly under the hotel.

If you’re after a coffee, the closest café is River Café, which is located just next to the hotel reception area.

For a convenience store, there is a 7-Eleven nearby that’s open 24 hours a day.

If you’re looking for a bottle shop, Valore Cellars on Church Street is the closest option.

The nearest pharmacy is Chemist Warehouse, also located on Church Street.

If you’d like to visit a local pub for a drink, the Station Hotel on Church Street is a popular choice.

The closest supermarket is Woolworths, located at 180 George Street in Parramatta.

For parking, the hotel offers onsite undercover parking for guests at approximately $40 per night, with entry via Dirrabarri Lane. There is also some limited street parking available on Church Street and nearby side streets, however guests should always check the local signage for any time restrictions.

Our hotel has both an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool, and each pool is approximately 20 metres in length. The pool area is located on Level 4.

Our gym is also located on Level 4 and includes a range of standard fitness equipment such as treadmills, exercise bikes, free weights, and strength training machines.

The closest train station is Parramatta Station, approximately a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

There are several supermarkets located within close proximity to the hotel, and our team will be happy to direct you to the most convenient option.

Laundry

Yes, this service is available for an additional charge, depending on the items. It is a same-day service, operating Monday to Saturday. Items must be dropped at Reception by 9 am and will be returned by 6 30 pm.
