Chatswood is also a favourite with international guests thanks to its incredible food and shopping scene. Often referred to as Little Asia, the area is packed with dining options at the Chatswood Mall Markets and Mandarin Centre, while Chatswood Chase and Westfield Chatswood are close by for fashion and retail. • The balcony styles do vary, with some being fully open-air and others fully enclosed for added comfort.
• Bathtubs are only available in our 3 Bedroom Altitude Suites.
• Select suites offer a study desk, while all suites will include a dining table suitable for working.

Parking

• Once reception validates your ticket, you’ll be able to come and go as you like during your stay. It’s valid for one vehicle and just needs to be used in order each time you enter and exit.
• The car park has a clearance of 2.1 metres. We do recommend checking the signage at the entrance for any specific height restrictions.
• Onsite parking is available at $30 per vehicle, per night, should you wish to add it to your stay.
• we do have an EV charging station at this hotel. It is operated by Wevolt. Please note that you may need to download their app and have an active account and payment method set up to use the charger. As mobile phone reception can be limited in underground car parks, we recommend setting this up before entering the car park.
• we do have onsite parking available for our hotel guests.
• There is some street parking available nearby on Thomas Street. Guests should always check the local signage for any parking restrictions.
• You’ll find the car park entrance on Thomas Street.

Pool and wellness

• Don’t forget to pack your swimwear, as each one of our properties has an indoor heated swimming pool, spa and sauna. Our Broadbeach, Southport and Surfers Paradise hotels on the Gold Coast, as well as our Church Street hotel in Parramatta also feature an additional outdoor pool and sun deck.

• Our indoor swimming pool is approximately 20 metres long and 4.6 metres wide, and it is located on Level 4. It is open to guests from 5am until 10pm daily.

• Our gym is open 24 hours a day.
• The gym is located on Level 4 and includes a range of equipment such as free weights, benches, a lat pulldown machine, treadmill, leg press and leg curl machines, an elliptical stepper, stationary bikes, as well as yoga mats and stability balls for stretching and functional training.

Facilities

• During your stay, you will have access to our indoor pool, spa, sauna, and gym.

If there’s something important to you, it’s best to check with the hotel before booking to ensure it will be available during your stay. Getting around and local area

If you’re looking for dining options nearby, the closest restaurant is Uncle Chuan Chuan, an Asian noodle restaurant located within the retail precinct at the property.

There are also many dining options just a short walk away at Chatswood Train Station. On the ground level you’ll find several fast-food outlets including McDonald’s, KFC, Taco Bell and Breadtop. On Level 3 of the station there is a dining precinct with a wide range of restaurants, many specialising in Asian cuisine. All of these options are within approximately a five-minute walk from the hotel.

Westfield Chatswood is also less than a ten-minute walk away and offers a large selection of restaurants, cafés and casual dining venues.

The closest coffee shop is Steam Engine Coffee, located within Chatswood Train Station, which is around a five-minute walk from the hotel.

If you’re looking for a convenience store, there is a 7-Eleven on Victoria Avenue, approximately a five-minute walk away.
