Our Harbour View Suites, located on the upper levels, are especially popular. With floor-to-ceiling windows, you can watch the city shift from a busy working harbour to a sparkling sea of lights after dark. These suites are also a favourite for guests visiting over New Year’s Eve, offering one of the best vantage points for Sydney’s famous fireworks.

Getting around is simple, with North Sydney Station only a short walk away and ferries nearby at Milsons Point. From here, you can easily explore Darling Harbour, Barangaroo, Taronga Zoo or stroll across the bridge into the city. For business travellers, the hotel sits right by the North Sydney CBD, and Royal North Shore Hospital is also close by.

• Bathtubs are available in some of our 2 Bedroom Suites only. I’d be delighted to add that as a request for you, and we’ll do our very best to accommodate it.
• Select suites offer a study desk, while all suites will include a dining table suitable for working.

Parking

• Once reception validates your ticket, you’ll be able to come and go as you like during your stay. It’s valid for one vehicle and just needs to be used in order each time you enter and exit.
• The car park has a clearance of 2.1 metres. We do recommend checking the signage at the entrance for any specific height restrictions.
• Onsite parking is available at $45 per vehicle, per night, should you wish to add it to your stay.
• we do have an EV charging station at this hotel. It is operated by Wevolt. Please note that you may need to download their app and have an active account and payment method set up to use the charger. As mobile phone reception can be limited in underground car parks, we recommend setting this up before entering the car park.
• we do have onsite parking available for our hotel guests.
• street parking is available nearby on Arthur Street, however very limited and subject to local council parking restrictions.
• You’ll find the car park entrance on Arthur Street.

Pool and wellness

• Don’t forget to pack your swimwear, as each one of our properties has an indoor heated swimming pool, spa and sauna. Our Broadbeach, Southport and Surfers Paradise hotels on the Gold Coast, as well as our Church Street hotel in Parramatta also feature an additional outdoor pool and sun deck.
• We offer one swimming pool at the hotel - an indoor, heated pool available for guests to enjoy year-round.

• Our gym is open 24 hours a day and located on Level 3.

If there’s something important to you, it’s best to check with the hotel before booking to ensure it will be available during your stay. Subject to Australian Consumer Law, Meriton Suites isn’t liable for changes or temporary unavailability of facilities, and not all facilities apply to every suite type.

There are several dining options within a short walk of the hotel: Glorietta – Italian cuisine, approximately 210 metres from the hotel. Bar Lettera – Bar and casual dining, around 250 metres away. Piato Restaurant – Mediterranean cuisine, approximately 650 metres from the hotel.

Laundry

Yes, this service is available for an additional charge, depending on the items. It is a same-day service, operating Monday to Friday. Items must be dropped at Reception by 9 am and will be returned by 5 pm.

Property-specific policies

• Smoking: This is strictly a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted within suites, on balconies or anywhere on or near the property, including the use of e-cigarettes. A cleaning fee will apply for non-compliance. Smoking is not permitted on balconies at North Sydney.
